While your photographer and videographer carefully create timeless galleries and films, I provide instant memories. Most couples receive their raw content and highlight reel within 24–72 hours, allowing them to relive and share moments from their day whilst the excitement is still fresh.

Please note that turnaround times are season-dependent and may occasionally vary during peak wedding periods.

• Photographer – Creates timeless images of your day, focusing on detail and artistry

• Videographer – Produces a long-form, cinematic film of your wedding, often in landscape format

• Content Creator – Captures raw, candid, short-form content in portrait format, designed for social media and fast delivery

Where included within your chosen package, I capture the ceremony and speeches in full using my iPhone.

Files may be split into sections to make them easier to download and view, but the intention is always to capture these moments in their entirety.

Most packages include a professionally edited highlight reel and a selection of lightly edited photos.

The remainder of your content is typically delivered raw, allowing you to relive the day exactly as it happened and create your own content if desired.

Additional reels, edits and bespoke content requests can be added for an additional fee, subject to availability.

No – I don’t replace them at all. I work alongside them and love collaborating on the day. My role is very different. Photographers and videographers create timeless, long-form, cinematic work, often in landscape format. I capture short-form, behind-the-scenes content in portrait format – perfect for reliving and sharing instantly. Think of me as an addition to your team, never a replacement.

Yes – payments can be split into instalments. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your wedding.

Yes, if your reel is being uploaded and collaborated on through my business Instagram account, I’m usually happy to use a specific song, sound or trend where platform licensing allows.

If your content is being delivered directly to you for personal upload, reels are typically provided without music. This is due to copyright and licensing restrictions.

Not at all. I blend in like a guest and keep things relaxed and discreet. Most couples say they hardly notice me, which is exactly how I like it – the best content is captured when people don’t feel like they’re on camera.

There isn’t a set number, as every wedding day is completely different.

The amount of content delivered will depend on factors such as your timeline, coverage length, locations and what naturally unfolds throughout the day. My focus is always on capturing the moments that matter rather than meeting a specific file count.

Most couples receive a large gallery of raw photos and video clips, alongside their highlight reel, giving them plenty of memories to relive and share.

Yes.

Content is backed up throughout the editing and delivery process using my standard workflow. Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to protect your files, no digital storage solution can ever be considered entirely risk-free so you're advised to download and back-up your content as soon as possible.

My approach is to capture the day naturally as it unfolds.

If there are specific moments, details or surprises that are particularly important to you, these should be communicated before the wedding and I will make every reasonable effort to capture them.

Content is captured primarily in portrait format, as it is designed for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Reels.

If landscape content is important to you, this should be discussed before booking. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, content creation coverage should not be considered a replacement for traditional videography.

Drone footage may be captured where weather conditions, venue restrictions, flight regulations and the wedding timeline allow.

Due to factors outside of my control, drone footage cannot be guaranteed and does not form part of the core deliverables unless specifically stated in writing.

Whilst I am always happy to note requests and priorities, specific shots, trends, transitions or viral-style videos cannot be guaranteed.

Wedding content creation is a documentary-style service and the final content is naturally influenced by the events, atmosphere, timeline, locations and moments that unfold throughout your day.

If preparations are taking place simultaneously in different locations, a second shooter may be recommended to achieve the level of coverage desired.

​

Without a second shooter, priority may need to be given to one location or timings may need to be adjusted.

Weddings rarely run exactly to plan, and that’s completely normal.

​

I will always prioritise the key moments happening in front of me. However, significant changes to the timeline may impact the amount or type of content captured in other areas of the day.
