Terms & Conditions

To keep things simple and stress-free, here’s what you can expect when you book Captured by Claudia, and what I ask in return.

What you can expect from me..

Secure booking – your date is reserved with a 25% deposit, with the balance due 4 weeks before your wedding or event.
Travel made easy – I handle all of my own travel and accommodation. Travel is charged at £0.45 per mile, and if your event is over 2 hours away, I’ll arrange an overnight stay.
Candid, editorial coverage – I capture your day as it naturally unfolds. Every highlight reel includes all raw content and a selection of lightly edited images.
Fast delivery – your full gallery is delivered digitally within 24–72 hours (season dependent). If I ever need a little longer, I’ll let you know straight away.
Backups & professionalism – I carry backup equipment and hold Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.
Emergency cover – if illness or unforeseen circumstances prevent me from attending, I’ll do everything possible to arrange a replacement. If that isn’t possible, I’ll refund you in full.
Open communication – I’m always available if you’d like to reach out. I generally respond to emails and messages once or twice a week so replies may take a little time, but you’ll always receive my full attention when it matters. I’ll also be in touch within 4 weeks of your wedding or event to confirm all the final details.

Timely payments – a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking, and the remaining balance 4 weeks before your date.
Venue permissions – please check with your venue that filming, photography, and drones (if chosen) are permitted.
Meals – for events over 5 hours, I kindly ask for a substantial meal. If this isn’t provided, I may leave briefly to eat and can’t be liable for moments missed.
Respect for style – my work is candid and editorial. I don’t guarantee specific shots, and the final gallery is delivered at my discretion.
Re-edits – one small reel adjustment is included. Major re-edits or extra reels are charged at £75 each.
Patience & trust – my focus is always on creating the best possible experience for you. Please know that while communication may be minimal in the run-up (unless you message me of course), everything is taken care of behind the scenes, and you will receive my full attention on your day.
Complaints – if you have any concerns, please raise them within 7 days of gallery delivery. I don’t provide refunds, partial refunds, or compensation.
